Hi Lorenzo, sorry to reply you late as I was waiting for a colleague's feedback. 

As mentioned before, alloy can be formed from semiconductor materials and the properties are calcualted based on https://optics.ansys.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034398494-Alloy-material-model-properties 

You can also add a new semiconductor material ("create new") with your calculated parameters.
