How To Apply Current Excitation to Litz Wire

I am using Ansys 2021 R1. I select Litz Wire as the material, I enter number of strands and wire diameter. Then, I would like to get AC resistance value of the inductor.

1- Should I assign "current excitation" or "winding excitation" ?

2- Should I select "solid" or "stranded" in excitation stage?

3- If winding excitation is selected, what is the meaning of "number of conductors"? What should I input there?

4- Should I set "eddy effects" on the inductor?

Please help me to build a proper simulation. Thanks in advance.

3- If winding excitation is selected, what is the meaning of "number of conductors"? What should I input there?

It is the turn number inside the excitation terminal.
