Ansys EmployeeHi Arjun,
Ubuntu is not officially supported. Do you have other OS that you can run this on ? Here is the list of them
you may also have graphics issue. Here is the list of supported graphics card
https://www.ansys.com/-/media/ansys/corporate/files/pdf/solutions/it-professionals/platform-support/graphical-display-graphics-cards-tested-18.pdf?la=en&hash=5007872A3159B5897F0EF86BBFF85C3742C76575
That said, what you can try at the moment is to do this
set these two environment variables
LIBGL_ALWAYS_INDIRECT=1
LIBGL_ALWAYS_SOFTWARE=1
then launch Workbench withÂ
/usr/ansys_inc/v180/Framework/bin/Linux64/runwb2 -oglmesa
Thanks,
Win
