      Hello everyone, has anyone ever had this issue? Occurs on every start after i installed Granta EduPack 2024 R1. After a few seconds the program closes completly again. Thank you for checking!

      Hi Adrian,

      Please type %appdata% in start menu and rename Ansys folder to Ansys.old, type %temp% in start menu and rename .ansys folder to .ansys.old. Relaunch the application.
