Hello, I am a freshman in this field and wanted to know if there is an easy way to save all the results from FDTD simulation into .lsf file.
I created a model of a simple Si solar cell with the help of the tutorial videos and now I'm struggling with data exporting.
Also, that would be great if somebody could help me with the same problem related to CHARGE. I need to get IV curve, PV curve, fill factor and efficiency of the solar cell.Â
Thank you for your help in advance! -

Hi Eldorbek,
You will need to first bring all the results from the monitors to the workspace (using getresult script command), and then you can save them using savedata script file. There are associated example script in the linked articles. But let me know if you face any issues.
Do you need help with the extraction of figures or simulating the solar cell in CHARGE?
Regards,
Amrita-
