SubscriberI have gotten a SINDA failed error trying to run the case in the document explaining how to install Ansys thermal desktop. It had an attached file to determine what the cause of the error (compile/link failed) was and I tried it but I got another error when reinstall the intel compiler. Then with another computer in which I installed everything the same way as my other computer, I got the other error message (pre-precessor failed). The attached file said that for this error to check the pp.out file but I can't open it. How do I fix this?

Ansys EmployeePlease go to the Windows Start button. Look at what is installed for Intel OneAPI 2024 (or the year you have). Expand that listing. You should see an icon that resembles a command prompt window 64 bit. Please open that window. It should look like this:
Are there any errors? If so, the compiler is not correctly installed. There are sometimes instructions in the window on how to fix the error.
Edit the Environment variables. Do you have a variable called: VS2022INSTALLDIR ?
If no, please create a variable with that name. It should be set to C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\2022\BuildTools (or whatever you have installed). -

SubscriberOk, thank you so I checked the Intel OneAPI 2024 and did come across an error there. I followed your steps and fixed it and now I get the same things as what you shared in your image, no errors. However now I got an error when I tried to run the example in the steps again. I tried to open up the TdDwgLauncher and run the case but the example model isn't there anymore in the AutoCAD software and when I try to run a case I get an error. I'm not sure what to do.
