ANSYS Taking Too Long to Analyze

I'm trying to analyze a reinforced concrete frame subjected to temperature change. I imported the results from transient thermal analysis (with 27 steps: total time is 40000s) to transient structural analysis. When I get to transient structural analysis, it takes too long to analyze only one outcome. I tried to get results for total bending moment only but 1hr has passed and the progress (of the analysis) is still at 1% when the temperature result on transient thermal analysis only took 1hr to finish.

May I ask how to reduce the time ANSYS takes to analyze? The mesh is linear and the mesh size is 0.7m.

Here's a picture of the model. The concrete and stirrups on the columns are hidden.

A quick idea: Under Solver Type, try setting to "Direct"
