Declining temperature where the temperature should only increase

Hi. I'm a beginner in ANSYS and I'm currently using ANSYS Student.

I want to determine how a frame will be affected by fire in Transient Thermal Analysis. The input parameters are temperature, convection, and radiation. Conduction is defined in the Engineering Materials. I used a linear mesh of 0.7m and the ambient temperature is 20C. However, the temperature seems to decline at certain parts. I observed these negative temperatures are on the structural members wherein there is no temperature parameter applied. I've tried to put "temperature" on the unexposed members but it still doesn't work. Please help me on this.

      Hi,

The mesh seems to be too coarse. Can you try running the model with a linear finer mesh?

      Regards,

Hi. I tried to lower it to 0.6m but, it says that there's an error generating the mesh. I didn't change anything. Meshing still works for 0.7m mesh size
