      Is there a possible method of calculating the Norton creep model constants values from experimental data?

      Yes, read chapter 6.4 in the Mechanical APDL Material Reference: Creep Material Curve Fitting.

      Start ANSYS Help from Workbench, Mechanical or the Windows Start menu.  In that browser, copy and paste this URL into the Address bar:
