One possible cause is a geometry issue that the quality of mesh is unacceptable to the solver. The newest version of Maxwell, 2024R1 has some improvement on mesh method for Parasolid kernel geometries introduced in 2023R1 version. If you are using the old versions, please try the 2024R1 version. If the error persists, please use the support button at left to submit a support ticket, we will have a dedicated engineer to help you.
