Already know the total flow rate m for the two small, perfectly symmetrical inlets pointed to by the arrows, now do the calculation using a 1/4 grid. Should I enter the flow rate of m or 1/4*m at the position of the red circle?

Hello,

Yes, you can apply 1/4 of the mass flow rate at the inlet, provided you have symmetry BC applied.
