You can import geometry directly into Mechancial/Static Structural, or go CAD > SpaceClaim > Mechancial/Static Structural or CAD > Discovery > Mechancial/Static Structural
From the above, it appears you have already editied the geometry in SpaceClaim or Discovery Modeler. Open SpaceClaim or Discovery, then File > Open to import a new geometry into the program.
