Copper Disappearing After Importing PCB Design via EDB File

  After importing my PCB design using an EDB file into Q3D, the copper on the PCB disappears. Why does this happen?

  Just to confirm, what was the CAD tool that created this layout? If it was Altium with their EDB exporter, you will have to check with Altium on that. Or at least make sure you have the latest version of their EDB export plugin.
