SubscriberI created two model of concrete beam without rebar and with rebar. I applied similer UDL load in both cases and the deflection at the midspan is same in both cases. theoritical deflection for only concrete is almost same but with rebar beam it is not working. Rebar in the concrete is not working to minimize the deflection. Please anyone help me regarding this issue. Thank you.
