Good morning to you, 

Thank you for this quick response. In order to set matters to right, we thought of two ways forward. 

1) If a student has both a school e-mail address and a personal e-mail address - is there a restriction as to how many accounts could be opened by one person? 

2) Is there a department within Ansys that handles "Forum" accounts, and could reset this person's entry? A member of this group could send reset instructions to us privately, and we would then forward this information to the student in question. 

Again, please advise.
