I get this problem pretty often while meshing: this warning appears -I think always when initializing tet for poly- and then fluent meshing closes. Please help I'm literally desperate.

Can you try meshing in serial (ie one core) if you've picked several in the launcher. However, the stairstepping may be a clue that there's a problem else where in the model: are you just meshing a box?

No I’m meshing a formula student car for an external aerodynamics analysis, I will definitely try meshing with a single core in a couple minutes. However I don’t think the stairstepping is the problem because the other times I’ve had this error I just kept retrying to generate the volume mesh until success

update: now I'm getting this error:
