Sorry about this issue. We are currently working on migrating to the Ansys Customer Support Space.
- Technical support for Academic license users is available through the Ansys Learning Forum.
- Support registration is not available on the 2023 R2.3 release and newer.
- Commercial license users, please register on Ansys Customer Support Space to submit your technical support requests.
- Select “Photonics” in the “Case > Product Information > Family” field/category.
