Error in post processing results in Lattice Optimisation

  I am unable to take the lattice density results into Spaceclaim to create the lattice structure. even though Optimisation reaches a result successfully, when trying to update the results getting the following error:
  
  "(DP 0) The Results component in Topology Optimization does not contain all entity types advertised in its component template, even after update"
  
  Running Ansys 19.3, Enterprise license.
  
  appreciate it, if anyone can point out what is going wrong here.

  I updated Ansys to 2019R2, it now gives the following error when export the results:
  
  "Update failed for the Geometry component in Static Structural. Update of the Geometry component in Static Structural did not mark the component as updated due to a change made to the Results component during the update."
  
  Anyone have come across this before?
