SubscriberHi! I'm totally beginner in Ansys, so anyone please can help me?
I want to do finite element analysis of porous stem implanted in femur bone. But it won't show the result of the simulation. There are no errors message, so I totally confused how to fix it.Can someone help me? Thank You
This is my model assembly of porous stem implanted in femur bone
But the results of my simulation only like this. And there is no error message

Ansys EmployeeHi,
Can you share the images of the mesh, the boundary conditions (you can get this by clicking on Static Structural)?
Describe the nature of force as well. And what results are you interested in investigating (like deformations, stresses, strains etc.)?
Regards,

SubscriberHi Avnish Pandey! Thank you for your response. When I try again, the results is already shown. But I have some question
The result of my simulation of porous stem is like this

And when I do the same simulation for different stem (without porous), the result is like this
The difference between those two model is so huge. Is there something wrong with my simulation? I'm so sorry because I'm totally new in this field, so I need your guidance
Here I attach some documentation for my porous stem model
I put the fixed support on the bottom of femur bone and I give -3000 N force (z direction) at the top of the stem. I want to compare the Von Misses Stress value between the porous stem and non-porous stem.
Thank you!

Ansys EmployeeHi,
Are the two geometries different? I mean Porous stem and Non Porous femur stem. If yes, check the material properties of the two materials. If their stiffnesses are different, the results would vary. Also, the load being applied on the femur face, shouldn't it be normal to it? Or should it be along the global Z axis? Kindly confirm the direction of application of the load. And why there are 1924 faces selected at the base of femur where fixed support is given? Just constraining the outer annular face should do the job. Check that as well.
