Ansys Granta EduPack 2023 installation issue

  Hello,
  I am taking a course that requires to use Ansys Granta EduPack. Lately, I have downloaded/ installed Granta EduPack on my computer (Window 10) per instruction given by the University with proper license information while connected to university vpn.
  After installation, I was able to navigate to all levels of material so I thought everything was fine.
  However, I ran into an issue when I click any material from any level to get mechanical properties.
  A error message pop-up saying that an unrecoverable error has occurred would you like to save a diagnostic file.
  I have restarted my computer and reinstalled the program several times but no luck so far.
  Can anyone help me out to resolve this issue? Thank you.
