Hello everyone,

I have successfully created a helical body in DM. And I am learning SpaceClaim to create the same geometry but it fails though I have tried for many times.

I used sweep tool and added pitch in DM as showing below.

 

And I have the geometry.

But it failed to create no matter  I used pull-revolve and enable revolve helix or sweep tools in  SpaceClaim.

I want to know if  SpaceClaim generate this geometry and how? Any of your suggestions would do me a greate favor!!

Oh, Thanks a lot, professor Devendra. I have already solved my problem. I used to think that creating the  helical object rotating about its own axis only using pull tool but it failed. I solved it by having a hexahedron cut.
