Adaptive Time Step Setting In FLUENT

  Can anyone explain me how the Adaptive Time Step works in ANSYS Fluent?
  
  What is the Truncation error here? Is it the difference between the residuals at consecutive iteration?
  
  What is the Minimum and Maximum Step Change Factor?
