SubscriberI'm currently doing an hydrostatic pressure analysis on ansys 2020r2
When I imported the waterproof plate model from solidworks to ansys and meshed it, I found out that the whole model was inclined and mesh element was slightly indented. I would like to know how to solve this situation. Thanks in advance.

SubscriberIn Solidworks, mate the assembly to the the global planes to get it level before you import it into Ansys.
If you don't have Solidworks because someone gave you the file, open the geometry in SpaceClaim and move it to be level with the global planes.
If you know the exact angle that the plates are rotated about the Z axis, you can use Part Transform to rotate the geometry level in a Mechanical Model in Ansys.
