SubscriberHello,
I have been told by ANSYS Support team that I have access to Additive Science with my recent download of ANSYS 2019 R1 package. Im not exactly sure how to launch additive science. Is it located in Workbench mechanical? when I open the ANSYS installed files I only see ANSYS Icepack 2019 R1, ANSYS Viewer 2019 R1, Mechanical APDL 2019 R1, Mechanical APDL Product Launcher 2019 R1, SCDM 2019 R1, Uninstall ANSYS 2019 R1, and Workbench 2019 R1. When I open workbench additive I do see an icon for additive manufacturing system but this takes me to the additive wizard which launches workbech additive.
Thank you,

Ansys EmployeeAdditive Science is included in a standalone application which once installed can be found under you ANSYS Installation in the start menu:
Please refer to the links below to understand the differences/capabilities of each product.
Additive Science is packaged into ANSYS Additive and once you launch it, you can find it under the button New of the Draft Simulations:
Once you've installed ANSYS Additive, refer to the ANSYS Help to learn more about the capabilities of each of these analyses.

Subscriber Thank you,
Yes i have reviewed the capabilities of the Additive suit. I have taken a couple of screen shots of the install loader and I do not see ANSYS Additive 2019 R1 as one of the options to load. Do i need to contact my sponsor to see if they can send me a separate install?

Thank you,
