I couldn't create wave/pressure contours or generate plots via the Aqwa GS due to the fact that .PAG and USS. files are not created. 

Can you show me how to creat the workaround to generate *.PAG file is to manually add SEAG data record? I have no idea how to do this.

You should open the Hydrodynamic Diffraction analysis restart file in Ags, which normally has a name of (your project)\dp0\AQW\AQW\AQ\Analysis\ANALYSIS.RES

i know that it can get the diffraction anlysis's answer. But i want the time response wave cureve to get the wave height change and get the wave transition coefficient. Do you have any advice on this?

I am sorry that the disturbed wave elevation function in time domain is under development.  However you can have the time domain hydrodyanmic pressure over the hull surface panels by running Hydrodynamic Response with Analysis Type  of Irregular Wave Response or Regular Wave Response, Time Response Preesure Ouput - Output for Structure (select a structure).
