SubscriberHi there,
I am trying to simulate a coil and sheet model such that the sheet will be get heated due to the eddy currents, which are induced in the sheet due to the exciting coil. but when I run the model, I am not getting any options in the result section, which can show me the amount of eddy current produced in the sheet, though I am getting a different kind of losses like core loss, hysteresis loss, etc.Â
May I request you to help me with this problem.Â

Ansys EmployeeCurrent density (A/m2) can be plotted on (or in) the sheet object to see the eddy currents induced in the sheet. To determine current flowing, you must define a 2D surface (cross-section) before solving. Then you can integrate J dot surface to calculate the current In (A).
