SubscriberI am working on Battery Pack Thermal Analysis for an Electric Vehicle. Whenever I get to the point of pressing "Run Calculation", the solver displays 1 iteration only then displays some info and "Floating Point Exception". I am new to Ansys Fluent, so I will be glad if anyone helps me throughout this problem. Thanks in advance!

Please check/verify the solver settings, boundary conditions applied to your problem and make sure they are set correctly.

Thanks for your response, I will mention what I’ve done until I got this error. If you have any feedback that can guide me throuout the analysis please provide me with it.
1- I defined conditions for air flow inside the enclosure and obtained the velocity profile as shown below without any problem.
2- I enabled energy equation, MSMD battery model, and turned the time into transient.
3- I defined required parameters and printed the number of series cells, which appeared to be 15 as it should be.
4- I defined the required materials and assigned them to suitable cells, tabs, busbars.
5- I initialized the model and pressed run calculations.
6- Floating point exception error.Â
