      I am running a multistage cyclic symmetry analysis. Stress distributions don't seem logical. How can I fix it?

      Please show the mesh at each location. Are you using bonded contact? If so change to Shared Topology.

      In multistage cyclic symmetry analyses, interstage contact is used instead of bonded contact and shared topology.
