I want to simulate the flow over a building exterior and interior is there any resources regarding meshing and the setup of the simulation just like the photos

You should find everything you need in Learning on here, or in the tutorials in the software Help system.

The main error when looking at buildings in 2d is making the domain high enough to avoid false acceleration above it as you're constraining the flow.

thanks rob, i want to add that i want to do the simulation in 3d, also i want to add heat sources and CO2 sources in the internal flow simlation inside the same building, are all the sources i need in the here also?

Yes, but not necessarily all in the same lectures, or even in content related to buildings. We create a good range of materials but you need to work out what you want to do, and then find (with help from here) the components to do this. CO2 would be species, so I'd check tracer and combustion models. Source terms are (I think) in the heat transfer (electronics cooling) example. In CFD terms a computer chip is a piece of hot silicon, my colleagues in the chip (electronic & magnetic tools) side of Ansys have a more detailed view of them.
