How can I find the stall angle using Fluent (or anything else)?

I already set the airfoil and flow conditions, such as speed, but I don't know how to find the stall angle. I know I angle of attack must be varied but do i have to vary it manually.

Have a look at the NACA tutorials. A good starting point to figuring out what to do with the CFD model is consider how you'd do this experimentally: ie what defines stall? What data do you then need to determine if stall has occurred. Then see how you can do that in the software.
