Size Optimization of a structure

  Hi, I am totally new to the community so forgive me if I am posting in the wrong place, I have a structure(ladder chassis) and I want to optimize some parameters by using Response Surface Optimization, the problem is as follows:
  I added a Geometry (Assembly) from GrabCAD, I applied some static structural analysis, modal analysis and transient structural, now I want to optimize some parameters(Max stress, max deformation, factor of safety, etc...) by changing some dimensions. So what I don't understand is how to select my dimensions as parameters in SpaceClaim, a demonstration video explaining how to optimize on Ansys 19.2 I will be grateful.
