Improving Mesh at Trailing End of Vane

Im attempting to create an inflation layer on the vanes shown in the images below. Initially the trailing end of the vanes had sharp corners, however I rounded them off slightly to avoid stair stepping. The mesh was improved thereafter, however I'm still getting an unusual inflation layer near the rounded edge. I have global sizing set to proximity and curvature and have applied face sizing to the surface around the vanes and edge sizing to the vane edges. For my inflation layer settings I have smooth transition enabled with 20 layers, 1.2 growth rate and pre inflation algorithm enabled. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

it does not look inflation problem.

it looks like surface mesh problem.

in your first image, i can see that the curvature is not captured well in surface mesh. you may need to give some face - hard - sizing at the rounds.
