SubscriberI am performing a simulation of multiphase with water and air. It is cylindrical tank (500mm dia and 300mm length) with blades (triangular portion). Inner portion will move (moving mesh) along with the blades (moving wall). I have performed a successful simulation with water and rotating mesh of highlighted part (1rpm). Issue arises when I add air also in the simulation. Bottom half is water and top half is air in initial condition. I am getting "Floating exception error within few steps". I have done fluent meshing with overall mesh size of 10mm and using 2.5mm at interface of moving stationary mesh and wall.Time step considered is .05.Â
Snapshots of few settings is given below
