  It is difficult to know which one has an issue to cause the problem.
  Could you try an example in C:\Program Files\AnsysEM\v222\Win64\UPM\Examples\ or follow PExprt/PEmag tutorial in Ansys leaning hub?

    after this problem, i check the example folder, there is no inductor_1.fea file.
    it might stucked at creationg this fea file
