Are you providing rotation to your solid cell zone as well. If you are facing issue with frame motion in solid zone, I would recommand using moving mesh/sliding mesh or else cell zones may become disconnected. 

Note that a solid zone cannot move at a different speed than an adjacent solid zone; for such a situation, you must instead use Solid Motion.

If I got your question wrong, could you please share more details on how you are setting up the frame motion and source term in solid cell zone.
