SubscriberHello,
I use Fluent Mesh to create mesh. Generally I make improvements on volume mesh with the auto node move command after meshing, but the aspect ratio for surface mesh remains very high. How can I improve the aspect ratio of surface mesh via fluent mesh?
Also I wonder is fluent mesh has any "auto" command to fix stair steps?

Ansys EmployeeHello,
The surface mesh quality can be improved by adding local sizing where necessary. Please refer to the Generate the Surface Mesh - ANSYS Innovation Courses.
To avoid stair-stepping please follow the suggestions given in following knowledege article: Avoid Stair Stepping in Inflation Layer for Conformal Meshing of Adjacent Volumes - Ansys Knowledge.Hope this helps!
