Hello,
This error shows that the simulation has diverged. This could be caused from different issues.
One thing you should try is to decrease the stability factor dt in the "Mesh settings" tab of the FDTD solver.
If you are performing broadband simulations you might also need to check the fitting of the materials that you are using.
Divergence could be also caused from PMLs. You can try different PML settings to check if the simulation converges.

If the above cannot solve the divergence issue could you please tell me what kind of structure you are simulating? Could you tell me more about your simulation or even better share some screenshots to check what are the sources, materials, etc. that you are using?
