Ansys EmployeeTry setting environment variable
Name: QT_OPENGL
Value: desktop
Here is the step to add environment variable https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bEroNNzqlF4
Either User or systems environment variable should be ok.
Thanks,

Good day. Let me see if I understand, should I create a variable in the variable environment? In value, should I put C: Users User Desktop? Would it be a user value or a system value?

Ansys EmployeeJust put desktop in the value, don't add any path in front of it.
Either User or systems environment variable should be ok.

Ansys EmployeeThen this is probably the issue with your graphics card/driver.
I forgot what graphics card you have. Do you have any Nvidia or AMD card on the machine ?
Can you try updating graphics card driver ?
Thanks,
Win
