Error in ANSYS

  Error: Surface creation failed! Your surface specification does not intersect the domain.
  
  Error Object: #f
  
  What could be the possible reason for this?

  Are you trying to have an interface between 2 layers of material? if you are it seems Fluent hasn't detected any intersection.

  I want to build a point on the wall boundary , but may be the Tolerance in the model, I find it give the errors, which may be the point is out of domain, in this way , how could I solve it ?
