Facing problem with transient structural anlysis of hyperelastic material combined with metal

I want to analyse a rubberised wheel(rim portion is made of  aluminium) in transient condition.I just tried randomly but it is not solving and showing error. But i am facing no issues with static analysis. Can anyone please tell me if what i have done is correct. If not where to rectify and how to do in such case.

      1) It is showing that the error occurs in Rubber portion (Note: I have selected rubber-2 material available in ansys material library).

      2) I have given bonded contact.Even in such case it is not running in transient.Actually  i think frictional contact needs to be given. How should i proceed?. (fixed support provided at wheel rims)

      3) I need to apply 7000 N.How should i do it.I am asking regarding how to give step size,no of steps etc.Pictures are being uploaded for your reference. In force i have given as tabular column in 7 steps(each step of 1000 N)

      4) Is the rubber meshing ok or should i improve.Should i go for quads if i wish to improve the mesh or pls tell me any other methods by

      which it could be improved

      Eagerly waiting for your guidance.

Element distortion messages are usually severe problems due to excessive loading.

      • Review Newton Raphson Residuals and Post Process the available results

      • Modify the mesh so that it can anticipate the future deformation

      • Apply the load incrementally using substeps, decrease further than what you had.

      • Check force convergence, Keep an eye on the max. strain and see how that strain corresponds to your material curve.

      • Is the force residue at contacts?

Please see this post and the subsequent links.

Zack's discussions, in particular, might be quite helpful.
