Could someone point me to a specification of the XML control file, as it would be used during the import of GDS II files (for HFSS simulations)? I'd like it to specify the materials and stack-up of the fabrication process we are using, plus the mapping of GDS layers. Though not required, I'm also hoping we can perform boolean operations between GDS layers during the import process .

I can guess at much of the format based on file exports, but proper docs would be helpful to clear up confusion (e.g. the Layers tag vs ELayers).
