SubscriberI'm currently working on a school project to read Ansys binary files. The development is made on linux but we can't find the libbin.so/libbin.a library that will help us extract Ansys results. How can I get this file knowing that their is no linux distribution for students ?

Thank you for your help!!

Ansys EmployeeWhat are the ANSYS products and their results that you are trying to extract/read ?
I would recommend to post this question in the relevant physics section as those folks may know more about result files for each product.
Thanks,
Win

SubscriberWe are using Ansys Mechanical (apdl) Student. We are modelling a building and trying to extract the stresses from the beams/shell elements via the *.rst file.
Thanks!
