Unable to start ANSYS Workbench 18.2 in windows 7 64 bit

  I have installed ansys 18.2 one day ago it says you need one pre-requisite, windows .net 4.6. But when i am going to install that it says windows .net 4.6 is not supported on your device. What should I do??? When I am going to start ansys workbench following error occure... Please help....

  if your windows can't install .Net Framework 4.6.2 , then the software is unlikely to function correctly.
  
  Open CMD Prompt, then type
  
  winver
  
  and post the screenshot of the pop-up window here.

  Thanks for your concern. But the problem is solved. I haven't properly installed Windows 7 Service Pack, which is essential to install .NET framework 4.6.2. If anyone else faces such problem please check first the windows updater, then proceed for install procedure of SP and .NET framework. Thanks
