I  get this error "An unknown error occurred during solution.  Check the Solver Output on the Solution Information object for possible causes."

There is nothing inside the "solution information".  Thank you! Sam

This is what i was able to find:

Hi Sam,

So, it looks like you only have a dual-core machine when hyper-threading is turned off (which is often the recommended way). You might want change that back to 2. i.e, in Solve Process Settings > Advanced > Max Number of utilized cores to 2. If that still doesn't help, turn off distributed solve.

Hello

During Trying A.C.P. i got error and warnings " An unkown error occured during solution". "one or more objects may have lost some scoping attachments during the geometry update."

I check the solver output on the solution, but i don`t know how to check error. (How to check elemet **** and What is mean " ENORM)

Hello, I have solution, It may be because the computer can-not handle all the load at once.
So, I suggest to convert mesh elements from quadratic to linear.. {it helped me with same problem}
There is a drawback of it, you will loose little accuracy on your result...

Hello, I have the same error. I tried Solve Process Settings > Advanced > Max Number of utilized cores to 2. it has worked my for another analysis before but it didn't work this time.

At least one body has been found to have only 1 element in at least 2 directions along with reduced integration. This situation can lead to invalid results or solver pivot errors. Consider changing to full integration element control or meshing with more elements. Offending bodies can be identified by Right-clicking in the Geometry window and choose Go To -> Bodies With One Element Through the Thickness. Refer to Troubleshooting in the Help System for more details.

One or more objects may have lost some scoping attachments during the geometry update. You can identify these tree objects by filtering the tree using the Scoping option set to Partial.

the image you are showing is not the solver output.   Under "output" select "Solver output" to see it (where now it says "Force Convergence".

Can Anyone help me also , before getting this error i got an error like insufficient memory was available for the solver engine to obtain a solution . But iam using workstaion with 128gb ram and have space in the disc too .After getting this error i done restart and done the same and getting error. can anybody pls help me to complete this issue ?

It may be that 12 million elements are too many for even 128 GB of RAM. Try reducing the mesh density.
