SubscriberHello,
i want to do a transient structural analysis of a 3-cylinder engine Crankshaft. my question is: If i use a remote displacement at the gearbox end with the rotation angle at given time steps for a Cycle AND apply the Forces from the pistons on the crankshaft, would that allow me to see the right stresses and displacements on the crankschaft for the duration of the Cycle?
thank you, regards
