As shown in screen shots i have two bolted connections at the highlighted region for calliper mounting so how can I show this connection,(like in hyperworks we can make this as a rigid connection RBE2)

      thank you.

Do you mean you want to fasten those two holes so the part is fixed in space?  With the Static Structural item picked in the outline, you could pick a cylindrical face of the hole and click Support > Fixed Support.  If you do them separately to get two Fixed Supports, you can get two separate Reaction Forces in the Solution.  If you pick both faces in one Fixed Support, you will get one reaction force for the combined faces.

Or do you mean you need to connect those holes to another part, not shown?

Yes there is calliper mounting in the shown area which not a part of my upright. But there will a bolted connection through which I'll attach my calliper to upright in the real assembly. But for analysis I want to run a separate analysis of my upright.

It's still not clear if you intend, in this model, to add a second part and you want to connect them, or if you intend for this model to have a single part and in another model a different part.

If you intend a single part, then the post above is one answer to the question. If you are satisfied with that answer, then mark the post Is Solution to close the discussion, or if you have other questions, please reply with more images inserted to explain your question further.
