SubscriberI have got five layers of solid and then PCM. The heat flux given is 500 w/m2 on top of the surface. Using Non iterative time advancement scheme by method piso it ran upto 4020 iterations after that it is giving floating point exception

Ansys EmployeeCan you reduce time step size and try once again? If you are rather interested in steady-state solution you can activate solid time step too.
