Increasing number of tabular cells for results

  I'm wondering what settings I have to change to get more stress results in the second image(data from 0 seconds to 1 second and 1 second to 2 seconds). I preferably want to match the way that the data is inputted for the second image if possible, but I just want to know how to increase the table size. I've tried playing with Analysis Settings -> Auto Time Stepping, but it only appears to change results from 2 seconds to 3 seconds.

  In Analysis setting, first select the 'Current Step Number' for which you want to add smaller substeps. The Change the 'Auto Time Stepping' to ON and Use Substep or Time in following setting to get extra substeps.
