I have the same problem noszetrampki had so I tried to copy the steps in that thread but it still doesnt work. I really need help, thank you in advance. Here's the thread i was talking about:

please post screenshots of the following

- output of the 'set' (without quote ' ' ) in your CMD Prompt

- right click on your 'unzipped' installation package -> Properties

Hi Burak,

Have you tried creating a test user account with pure English letters (like abc , xyz) and put this installation file under that directory ?
