Ansys License Manager Error – Request name disco_level1 does not exist

What can be done to resolve this error:
My customer is using a named user subscription.
The Licensing Mode is set up correctly as a Subscription for all users.
The customer is using the latest version of Ansys SpaceClaim (2023R2 with SP2 installed)
They have tried to copy the file
"C:\Program Files\ANSYS Inc\v232\Subscription\bin\Win64\Microsoft.Identity.Client.dll"to the install directoryC:\Program Files\ANSYS Inc\v232\scdmBut no luck as well.They still run 2022R2 on the same system without problems.But they need the 2023R2 version as they updated to the latest version of PTC Creo.I tried deactivating and activating the license using the cmd commands.But nothing is helping up till now.If you need more details on the customer, please contact me using mail.Regards,Dimitri -
